Tonight is Brunk Daking night, and Ali and I are touring the world, ruining recipes from as many unsuspecting countries as possible. First up is a chocolate recipe from the aptly nicknamed “Chocolate Island” off the coast of Cameroon. Sao Tome is home to some of the world’s best chocolate. Which is a shame, because we’re going to defile chocolate in our drunken, sad way.
