Yesterday I read a horrible newspaper article about a young man who was murdered by people he considered his friends. One of those “friends” was an underage girl, and the article went on to say that she was a mess of trouble, and it was really no surprise that she was a bad seed, given that she’d had some rough times in her life. I read about those rough times…

The biggest one they hit on was something that happened to me, too, and it’s a very large part of me and The Book.

But I’m no murderer. I’m no bad seed.

So what makes us so different?
